Dr. Allison Bichoupan earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University and has loved animals for as long as she can remember. She grew up on Long Island with dogs and cats, volunteered at a local animal shelter, and spent her summers shadowing neighborhood veterinarians - experiences that inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Allie is especially passionate about preventative care and fear-free handling, and she has a special interest in internal medicine. She enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and clients and working through complex cases to help pets stay healthy and comfortable. Before joining Cherry Hill Animal Hospital, she worked in a busy general practice in Manhattan, where she gained experience caring for a wide variety of pets.

She now lives in Cherry Hill with her fiancé and her perfect orange cat, Chowder. When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Allie enjoys yoga, reading, and biking, and loves being part of a community that treats pets like family.
